They are the cleanest and most abundant renewable energy source available. They convert sunlight into electrical energy through photovoltaic (PV) panels or mirrors that concentrate on solar radiation as it can be used to generate electricity or stored into batteries or thermal storage. Solar radiation is the light, also known as electromagnetic radiation that is emitted from the sun. The use from sunlight with their radiant light and heat which can be harnessed to generate electricity and produce heat.
Bioenergy is another type of renewable energy which uses biological sources, which can be used for heat, electricity, or duel. Biofuel was used from plant materials among the most rapidly growing renewable energy technologies. It helps to reduce the emissions of air pollution, improve soil health, create new and improved wildlife habitats, and prevent pollution. There are different kinds of uses with biomass, as most common are feedstocks such as: grains, starch crops (sugar canes, corn, wheat, sugar beets, etc) and food waste (waste produce, food processing, and animal manure).
